GENERAL INFORMATION
Dough is divided properly with this machine through new designed dividing chamber and intake piston without damaging and compressing. This machine can divide dough with different hydrations ranges as 45% to 80%. All the outer body is made of stainless steel. Dough hooper is made of SS304 and parts of outer body is made of SS430. Weight arrangement can be set up as manually, by digital screen or through PLC control system. Considering the customers' need BAKEMAK makes volumetric dividers with the following weight ranges: 30-150, 50-200, 100-600 250-1000 and 400-1200 grams. There are two types of the divider; one piston and two pistons divider. One piston machine divides minimum 25 and maximum 40 pieces per minute. Similarly, in two piston the capacity increase to two times. Volumetric dough dividers made by BAKEMAK owns a close oil circulation system which reduces 40% the oil usage of the machine. The machine can have long or short conveyor based on order. The machine owns a standard electric panel. The main elements are Schneider or any equivalent high quality brand.
