GENERAL INFORMATION
The traditional wood burning Neapolitan the simplest traditional oven with delicious pizza. Besides pizza any bakery product could be baked in this oven. The temperature of the oven is mechanically measured. It doesn’t include any electrical and gas component. The machine has metal grill area for wood burning area independent form the baking area and a metallic drawer for the ash. The refractory made dome is configured in a way to efficiently distribute heat across the oven to give a higher performance for the oven. The machine is professionally insulated to keep the maximum heat for low consumption and higher performance.
